Good to know

Do my guests need to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and it opens your wedding page in their browser.

Is this a subscription?

No. Each plan is a one-time payment for one wedding.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. If you need more storage or longer videos, upgrade from your account and you only pay the difference.

Who can see our photos?

Anyone with your wedding link (like your guests who scan the QR code). We never look at your photos and we never sell them. Read our privacy promise.

How do I get the photos afterwards?

From your control panel you can download everything, or just the ones you pick, as a zip file organized by guest.

How long do you keep our photos?

It depends on your plan: your album stays open for 15 days (Basic) up to a full year (Unlimited) after your wedding. Download everything before then (we’ll email you reminders), or upgrade while it’s open for more time. After that we keep them safe for 10 more days, and you can ask support to recover them for a small fee. Then they’re deleted for good. Read the media policy.

I have a promo code. Where do I use it?

Create your wedding and choose the plan your code is for. At checkout, type it into the promo code box and your plan is activated right away.
